1. What makes your company different from other Freight Forwarders?

2. What is the estimated transit time for my shipment?
The estimated Transit Time for any shipment will depend on the Mode of Transport used to move the Goods from Point A to Point B | AIR Freight | SEA Freight | Land Transportation (Trucking) and the distance to be covered.
3. What documents are required to ship my goods?
The standard Documents required to ship Goods from Origin to Final destination include the following (but not limited to): Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CoC (Certificate of Conformity) | AWB (Airway Bill) | B/L (Bill of Lading) | COO (Certificate of Origin) | Insurance Certificate | Freight Invoice etc
4. What happens if my cargo is delayed or lost?
An incident report is prepared and investigated in the unfortunate event that a client’s cargo is delayed, damaged or lost. | The Investigations carried out to ascertain the causes of any eventualities and the recommended remedies solutions.
5. How long does customs clearance take?
Customs clearance Formalities for AIR Freight shipments will take from 1 to 3 days while for SEA Freight shipments, the Customs, Shipping Line and Port clearance time will take from 3 to 5 days.
